B. Ordinance No. 26-66 AC CMS: An Ordinance to Approve a Job Description for the Position of Utilities Director to Go into Immediate Effect.

C. Ordinance No. 26-67 AC CMS: An Ordinance to Approve the Job Description for the Position of Chief Building Official to Go into Immediate Effect.

D. Ordinance No. 26-68 AC CMS: An Ordinance to Approve a Job Description for the Position of Parks and Recreation Director to Go Into Immediate Effect.

E. Resolution No. R26-11 CMS: A Resolution Authorizing the City of Oberlin to Participate in the Cleveland 2030 District and Authorizing the City Manager to Undertake Such Actions as May be Necessary for the City’s Participation to Go Into Immediate Effect.
