B. Ordinance No. 26-61 AC CMS: An Ordinance Amending Ordinance No. 25-64 AC CMS, The 2026 Annual Appropriation Ordinance, to Provide for the Appropriation of Funds and to Go into Immediate Effect
C. Ordinance No. 26-62 AC CMS: An Ordinance Accepting the Bid of Erie Blacktop, Inc. of Sandusky, Ohio for the Industrial Parks Streets Resurfacing Project to Go into Immediate Effect
D. Ordinance No. 26-63 AC CMS: An Ordinance Authorizing an Amendment to the Contract with Buckeye Excavating & Construction, Inc. of Norwalk, Ohio for the Green Acres Subdivision Improvement Project to Go into Immediate Effect

Resolution No. R26-10 CMS: A Resolution Petitioning the Board of Commissioners of Lorain County, Ohio, to Extend the Current Boundary of Oberlin Township to Include Real Property Recently Annexed to the City of Oberlin so That the Boundary of Said Township Conforms to and is Identical with the Corporate Limits of the Municipality to Go Into Immediate Effect
