Ordinance No. 25-31 AC CMS: An Ordinance Authorizing the City Manager to Enter into a Contract with Glaus, Pyle, Schomer, Burns & DeHaven, Inc., dba GPD Group, of Akron, Ohio for Professional Planning, Architectural and Engineering Services for the Preparation of a Planning Study and Feasibility Assessment for the Oberlin Enrichment and Activity Center to Go into Immediate Effect
B. Resolution No. R25-06 CMS: A Resolution Requesting that the City Auditor, Pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 5705.03, Certify to the City of Oberlin the Total Current Tax Valuation of the City and the Dollar Amount that Would be Generated by the Renewal of Certain Levies, to Go into Immediate Effect.
