B. Ordinance No. 25-22 AC CMS: An Ordinance Requesting Participation in the Ohio Department of Transportation's Road Salt Contracts Awarded in 2025 and Authorizing the City Manager to Execute all Necessary Contracts to Go Into Immediate Effect
C. Ordinance No. 25-23 AC CMS: An Ordinance Authorizing the City Manager to Enter into an Equipment Supply Contract with The Bergren Associates of Sylvania, Ohio for the Purchase of a Gear Drive Assembly for the City of Oberlin Water Environment Protection Facility and Waiving the Requirement for Competitive Bidding to go into Immediate Effect
D. Ordinance No. 25-24 AC CMS: An Ordinance Authorizing the City Manager to Apply for and Accept Federal Aid Under the Community Development Block Grant Program for the Installation of a Community Splash Pad in Park Street Park, and to Go into Immediate Effect
E. Ordinance No. 25-25 AC CMS: An Ordinance to Approve and Adopt a Social Equity Plan for the City of Oberlin.
