Ordinance No. 25-10 AC CMS: An Ordinance Determining that a Real and Present Emergency Exists in the City of Oberlin Public Works Department and Accepting the Proposal of Kleyne Mobile Repair, LLC of Jenison, Michigan to Replace the Parker RunWise Hybrid Hydraulic Transmission in the 2015 Autocar Expeditor Chassis equipped with the Heil MultiPack Body to go into Immediate Effect.
B. Ordinance No. 25-11 AC CMS: An Ordinance Amending Ordinance 24-68 AC CMS to Authorize an Additional Payment to 95 South Main Street Oberlin LLC for the Purchase of 0.064 Acres of Land Located on the North Side of East Vine Street to Go into Immediate Effect
C. Ordinance No. 25-12 AC CMS: An Ordinance to Adopt a Recommendation of the Oberlin Planning Commission and to Rezone Property Located at 450 West College Street from the "R-1B"/ Single-Family Dwelling District to the "PDOD/Planned Development Overlay District
