c.   Proclamation - National Voter Registration Day 
 
d.   Presentation by Maureen Simen from the League of Women Voters of Lorain County providing information on National Voter Registration Day and sharing valuable resources in preparation for the November 5 election. 
 
e.   Discuss and Consider not Requesting a Hearing Relating to the Renewing of Alcoholic Beverages Permits
 
f.   Discuss and Consider Appointing a Nominating Committee to Screen Applications for Vacancies on City Boards and Commissions.
 
g.   Presentation by John Leney of Parknav Regarding Parking Usage/Availability Data For the City of Oberlin.
 
h.   Discuss the condition and future use of 205 Morgan St. 
 
i.   Hear a recommendation from OCIC representatives Jill Sawyer and Tyrone Wicks concerning the need to create a dedicated Economic Development Coordinator position to enhance our community's economic growth and development efforts.

B.   Ordinance No. 24-53 AC CMS: An Ordinance to Ratify an Agreement with K and S Investments, Inc., and to Accept a Permanent Non-Exclusive Easement for Access to and from the Oberlin Underground RailRoad Center to go into Immediate Effect

4.   NEW BUSINESS
 
A.   Ordinance No. 24-55 AC CMS: An Ordinance Approving Amendments to a Collective Bargaining Agreement Between the City of Oberlin, Ohio, and the Ohio Patrolmen's Benevolent Association (OPBA) for Oberlin Police Department Full-Time Dispatchers as an Emergency Measure
 
B.   Ordinance No. 24-56 AC CMS: An Ordinance Authorizing the City Manager to submit an Application to the District 9 Public Works Integrating Committee for Ohio Public Works Commission Funding for the Park and East Vine Streets Resurfacing Project to go into Immediate Effect.
