2.   Discuss and consider a recommendation of the Oberlin Planning Commission to amend Chapter 1338 Planned Development District regulations in the Zoning Code to clarify the approval process for a planned development; to address what happens to the zoning of a property when a planned development does not come to fruition; and to also clarify the submission requirements for an applicant at each approval stage for a planned development.
