Ordinance No. 23-52 AC CMS: An Ordinance Declaring Certain Municipally Owned Real Property to be Surplus and Authorizing the City Manager to Execute a Transfer Agreement to Donate said Property to the Revitalization Strategies Group, LLC or its Authorized Assigns and Waiving Applicable Building Permit and Utility Access Fees as an Emergency Measure (2nd)(E)

B. Ordinance No. 23-55 AC CMS: An Ordinance Authorizing the City Manager to Submit an Application to the District 9 Public Works Integrating Committee for Ohio Public Works Commission Funding for the North Park Street Reconstruction Project as an Emergency Measure (1st)(E)
C. Ordinance No. 23-56 AC CMS: An Ordinance Authorizing and Directing the City Manager to Enter into a Master Service Agreement with Environmental Design Group, LLC of Akron, Ohio, for Professional Planning and Economic Development Services (1st)(E)
D. Ordinance No. 23-57 AC CMS: An Ordinance Declaring Real Property Located at 20 Locust Street, being Lorain County Auditor's Permanent Parcel No. 09-00-096-101-003, to be Surplus and Not Needed for any Current Municipal Purpose and Authorizing and Directing the City Manager to Enter into an Agreement to Sell Said Property for a Gross Purchase Price of Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars.
