B. Ordinance No. 21-59 AC CMS: An Ordinance Aauthorizing the City Manager to Enter into a Contract with GDP Group of Akron, Ohio for Traffic Signal Design, Bid Assistance and Construction Administration for the City of Oberlin, Ohio as an Emergency Measure (1st)(E)
