2.					Hear a motion to adjourn into executive session to discuss imminent court action

3.					Discuss and consider a motion to authorize the law director to file a proof of claim in the Purdue Pharmaceutical bankruptcy proceedings, to take such other actions as may be necessary to support that claim and to authorize the payment of extraordinary fees for such services

4.					Adjournment
