1.					Call Meeting to Order and Roll Call

2.					Hear a motion to adjourn into Executive Session to discuss pending and imminent litigation

3.					Hear a motion authorizing the City Manager to enter into a Legal Services Agreement with David Mucklow for an amount not to exceed Ten Thousand Dollars and to redirect funds previously allocated for that purpose.

4.					Adjournment
