A regular meeting of the Oberlin City Council is  being held remotely under provisions of Oberlin Resolution no. R20 - 13, which implements certain provisions of Sub. H.B. 197 as amended by Sub. H.B. 404 related to the conduct of public meetings as an emergency measure
