Discuss and consider a motion to direct the Finance Director to establish a protocol to provide electric utility customers with the option to contribute all, or a portion of the credit against the electric utility generation charge arising from the sale of the RECs that are the subject of the agreement between the City and 3 Degrees, to a fund to be established by Council for purposes relating to the Climate Action Plan.
