g.   Discuss and consider a motion to direct the Finance Director to establish a protocol to provide electric utility customers with the option to contribute all, or a portion of the credit against the electric utility generation charge arising from the sale of the RECs that are the subject of the agreement between the City and 3 Degrees, to a fund to be established by Council for purposes relating to the Climate Action Plan.  And to authorize the Finance Director and Law Director to engage legal counsel and other consultants for assistance, as needed.
